Using Pupzy

Pupzy is a mobile app that helps you train and care for your dog. These Terms govern your use of the app and any related services we provide.

Pupzy does not require a login. The information you enter is tied to your device. If you delete the app, share the device, or wipe data from Settings, that information goes with it.

• Free trial. Pupzy Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the listed price.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Apple charges your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and again at the start of each renewal period.
• Managing your subscription. Cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

You can use Pupzy for your own personal, non-commercial dog care. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the app or its content.
• Use the app to harm an animal or to harass another person.

Lessons, tips, and Pupzy Coach replies are general guidance — not veterinary or behavioral medical advice. Every dog is different. If your dog is showing aggression, anxiety, sudden changes in behavior, or any medical symptom, please consult a licensed veterinarian or certified dog behaviorist.

Coach replies are auto-generated and may occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as a starting point, not a diagnosis.

Pupzy is not responsible for outcomes from following any specific lesson, tip, or chat reply.

If you turn on reminders, Pupzy schedules them as local notifications on your device. They aren't guaranteed — phones lose battery, get muted, or restart — so don't rely on Pupzy for time-sensitive medications without a backup.

See our Privacy Policy for how Pupzy handles information you enter. You can wipe everything any time from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account & data.

We may update, add, or remove features over time, including content shown to Pro subscribers. If a change materially reduces what's offered with an active subscription, we'll surface notice inside the app.

You can stop using Pupzy any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. After termination, any sections that by their nature should survive — fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits — continue to apply.

Pupzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pupzy is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
